**This is not an optimized division, but labbing out how to get one stat very high.** Armored cars have exceptionally high org regeneration with military police, mobile assault recon, and armored cavalry/armored spearhead as an interesting discovery. Going with armored cavalry also gives you practical buffs to their cost, which is very necessary. Peak recovery rate Superior firepower+Infiltration tactics+Armored spearhead+Mobile assault recon+Large unit tactics, where their solo recovery rate goes to triple that of infantry, which might be a useful property in ultra niche cases as their HP and organization are also not bad for a support unit, being the highest of the non-infantry options AFAIK. Especially since you know, you are hardening your boys in the field. Hardness is a stat. This is unlikely to be useful for sane players, but I found it interesting to try and figure out what's the peak recovery rate you could get with decent HP and org. (Honestly, if armored cars had MIO compatibility with truck and/or light tank manufacturers, and used something closer to 40 vehicles a unit instead of the current 60, they might be a decent general unit now with their monstrous recovery rate. If paradox reads this place.)

@123 The Swedish family picnic is also a very nice division template here. View template →

Alt.... View template → One infantry unit to act as chaperones, gives a small org buff here funny enough. You could definitely be cheeky/funny with special forces here.

@123 Fascist sweden gets militia and huge militia bonuses, you can fit a lot more men and gear in with this setup in a way that makes these ultra-high recovery rate divisions fundamentally more practical and cost effective with more HP, all around stats, and the like. Aussa can make this better with 4 irregulars which are just very tanky and low gear cost, with good terrain modifiers, but they have the problem of an Aussa sized industry. It makes me wish the peasants militia branch poland got militia like this as well, as the new doctrine system makes militia this great prize unit now with its absurd 1.6 combat width. (Making the arm peasants militia a tradeoff between something like "Get polish militarism still and earn the loyalty of a few extra officers" with the non militia focus, but "Get bomb ass militia" for going with the arm peasants militia side.)
