Pro inherits the same rhythm: new Pro tools ship regularly and every one is included in your membership at no extra cost. I don't play MP. Is Pro still worth it for me?
Yes. Pro isn't just for MP or players who already know every system. Annual if you already know you'll use it past two months. At $39.99/yr you save 52% versus monthly and lock the price in for a year. Monthly at $6.99 is the right call if you want to try Pro through one campaign or a few MP matchups before committing. Same features either way, you can switch at any time.
What happens to my designs if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Designs within the Free tier's limit stay fully accessible. Anything above the limit is safely stored on your account and locked until you either delete some to free up room, or re-upgrade to Pro. Step away whenever you want, your work is waiting exactly where you left it.
Will the Free tier always exist?
Yes. The Free tier is a permanent part of Hoidesigner and that isn't going to change. Pro is for the players who want more room and sharper tools, not a replacement for what's already free.
How accurate is the data after a patch?
Stats are checked against game files on every release. Things slip through occasionally, but when something's off and a bug report comes in, I usually have it fixed ASAP. Accuracy is the whole point of the tool, so it stays at the top of the list across every tier including Free.
What if Pro isn't what I expected?
On Monthly, cancel any time and you won't be charged again. That's the low-risk way to try Pro for a campaign or an MP game you're planning for the weekend before committing to a year. On Annual, reach out we'll sort it out. Hoidesigner is a solo project, so a real conversation works better than a blanket policy.
How are payments processed?
Checkout and recurring billing run on Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure page, not on HOIDESIGNER, and we never see or store your payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your settings.
