I make this when playing as Australia as soon as possible (Universal Aerial Weapon Platform 1940). This plane is expensive, but it can also perform in literally any role from air supperiority through close support to naval strikes. Mass-producing these with 8+ factories gives you a serious universal threat with fair range to perform whatever mission you need without the need of specialisation to many different airframes and roles.
