Paratroopers land, seize an objective, and hold it until your main force arrives. This template optimizes Defense and HP to survive the counterattack wave that follows every drop. Low supply keeps them fighting even when cut off from logistics. If they're throwing tanks at you, you've probably dropped in the wrong place.

Im quite new to HOI4 but I feel like maybe support aa or a field hospital could do well in this division

@Jeb For support AA, since paratroopers are used when you already have air superiority in a particular region, you wouldn't worry too much about defending against air attacks. That's why I didn't include them in the template.
For field hospitals, that's a reasonable consideration. I usually add them on larger non-armored templates that see extensive frontline use. the 20% trickleback is really valuable over a long campaign on large templates. Paratroopers are used in short, focused operations, so you wouldn't get nearly as much value out of it compared to a large division that's fighting extensively.
