Large Unit Tactics, Mobile Recon, Armored Spearhead, Your pick. A sort of Space Marine like assault infantry aiming to just reach peak hitpoints, match its soft attack equal with its breakthrough as closely as it possibly can, while keeping its org at an acceptable 48. Its also made to take advantage of large unit tactics experience loss scaling, this is to say, its about the race to veteran experience as fast as you can. Its made to use armor and breakthrough at high values for a raw naked infantry unit, while not getting so much hardness that it gets brittle and vulnerable to hard attacks stacking, or bad terrain modifiers Idea here is as follows: - With the new regimental tank destroyers we only need 10 TD's to be able to equip big anti tank guns, a motorized fire support group is the cheapest setup to get these. - 50 air attack pretty greatly reduces the CAS damage and red air penalties. So use motorized AA with two regimental AA to flyswat and also contribute to armor piercing. - Invest in a breakthrough medium flametank, light tank, and medium tank destroyer as we will be producing so little of each unit that the cost practically does not matter. - Peak breakthrough was astonishingly achieved with Mobile Recon and assault and NOT an artillery doctrine. Peak soft attack was on assault engineers to my surprise. - The support artillery arguably is not needed, if you really wanted to meme you could probably have this go in with a maintanance company and steal more equipment than it loses with how high its hitpoints stack. Or more realistically just go with logistics company to live. - Grand assault or infiltration tactics if you are a major and need to push, if a minor take a shot of whiskey because you can't afford this but if you are industry rich manpower weak maybe you can swing it with desperate defense, if you are manpower rich gear weak steal everything you need with guerilla warfare light infantry equipment capture rate except tanks (Make those.)

Yeah, I stopped myself from taking any techs further in the tech tree than I thought I could get with 1 tech coupon for tanks, artillery, etc early on. For many of the nations I was thinking about even just the experimental facility for flame tanks is a daunting expense, so this low tech coupons approach is something I did to maximize compatibility. (Even if polands experienced soldiers losses modifier is something I was explicitly thinking about, I was considering playing a poorer nation with this.)

Technically if you swap in self propelled guns and spaa, its like, 25% more expensive but your armor, soft attack, and breakthrough go through the roof and you can swap out all the anti-aircraft guns in your regiments for other useful items. Streamlined deployment gives you a better balance of soft attack and breakthrough over armored spearhead here. I used motorized not just because its cheaper, but on nations where you loot equipment you can steal what you need instead producing everything. If you swap the medium TD for heavy, you can get 20 more soft attack and armor vaguely, and its arguably the cheapest upgrade here as a 40 cost heavy tank destroyer only costs us like 180 IC more than the medium TD we used here anyhow. It even takes less tech time to reach so like, that might just be the play and I made a mistake trying to cut corners.
