Pretty decent for tanking heavy attacks and mulching the enemy screen while keeping pretty much everything else safe - damn decent, and good naval dominance and AA. Might try this to bait and switch an opponent in multiplayer

@knightofthehokeypokey5532 The +40% accuracy from screening bonus is also one of the best tools for countering evademaxing patrol boats. (Which also, are justifiably getting repeatedly nerfed.) The coastal defense ship version of this is also pretty solid, but even more schizophrenic, but its not like coastal defense ships have a real cost now that we have underway replenishment so if you engage in any ASW you can just send your coastal defense ships to patrol the enemy coast. DP Guns 2 having half the intended speed penalty still allows for countless really funny troll builds.
