This infantry division certainly requires research but is highly versatile while remaining cost-effective. It boasts a high recovery rate, allowing for rapid reorganization, and suffers reduced XP loss; consequently, despite casualties, these divisions quickly become veterans.

You want more HP if you want to go for field hospitals. Heavy support equipment companies provide the strongest bonuses when you have very high hp as your hp insulates your gear losses, and the % stat increases provide the most bonus when they cover a lot of units.
Medium width divisions like this are really interesting but I'll say this: The metagame for them hasn't really matured due to the fact that very few people actually run them, 25 width isn't as bad as many people say as while it can suffer on certain types of defensive terrain, that's only when they aren't flanked, or flanking, many of these terrain types have their issues go away when attacked on 2 and 3 sides. Things don't get optimized when they are pre-emptively ignored.
Given its harder to push when you have one tile blindly attacking another tile, losing a tiny bit of strength in a 1-on-1 for more org and strength in a flanked battle likely can be worth it, but the issue is players have not ground out or labbed this possibility enough.
