Pretty good build tbh, reasonable cost for what you're getting and you can definitely push with this offensively. I'd personally add a field hospital given the 15.9K manpower cost. The 20% trickleback you get with it means 20% of your casualties return to your manpower pool rather than being lost permanently, which adds up fast on a division this size over a long campaign. Also, I'd consider adding Flame tanks and/or Assault Engineers, just to get the terrain modifiers that will boost it offensively. Overall though, good template. It's not even good for defense, even though the additional have been nerfed with the new DLC. Width > 20 (except for rare exceptions for mountains) is unplayable.
