for 1939/1940 you should have howitzers, use open top turret and you can add a heavy machinegun if you want, but not necessary

@Hungarian_Patriot higher cost, its also just here to inceease breakthrough and hardness, not soft attack at like 12ic, at that point just make mediums... also rhere is no open top turret in the game, its build for vanilla, altho i'd rather build tanks with mods.
