So I think this is a lot more ideal than the previous "meta?" Only stat it's worse at is xp cost

I put it to have welded armor, which made me able to chamge sloped armor for cheaper armor skirts. The extra breakthrough from those changes made it possible to swap interleaved roadwheels for christie without making breakthrough any worse. The speed christie gives made it possible to remove engine ticks, and the extra reliability from that made it possible to swap wet ammo for easy maintanance. That also offset the extra cost welded, and made this have many stats better by a fex precents, without making any stat worse
