17IC 1940 medium tank build

Pretty much what i would make for this use. Good

this is NOT meta, you dont need any armor (especially in multiplayer, what this tank was made for), since everything pierces everything currently, do the cheapest armor possible but keep the armor ticks, replace both the armor and the wet storage for small cannons, if you dont like low reliability tanks then change susp. 1938 tank is a lot more efficient

@Hungarian_Patriot its single player... guess huangary players are living under rock these days. its also cost efficient, 1 batalion/division wont cost that much, if you wamt to have "good mp build" youll have to use half your factories on making it, other half or replacing ones dissapearing from attrition for no reason. also armour is most important part of the tank, its only reason to really make tanks, aside from breakthrough single batalion of them costs ~850IC, nit thats much and for rest just make some light tanks just to boost up hardness and maybe soft attack... while keeping 8kph speed (mechanized recommended)
